Very Welcome
Welcome to the website of the Ahramcats.
With our animals we are living in the small village of Kleinflintbek. It is located near Kiel, the capital of the northernmost federal state Schleswig-Holstein.
The catteryname »Ahramcats« is Arabic for pyramids.
Since the Egyptians are supposed to have been the first who domesticated the cat, since the Persian cat is said to come from the Orient and since I am an Egyptian myself, this name seemed more than suitable for our cattery.
Our cats are used to action from early on because they are born and raised in close contact to my children. Therefore they have always adapted well into their new homes, even with other children or dogs. They are very selfreliant. The whole of the house is open to them and they can roam freely and at will.
Only during the night there sometimes is a lack of space, when all the cats want to be in our bed at once. Luckily for us they have worked out a time schedule, changing shifts.
All of our cats are screened for FIV-, FeLV- and PKD-DNA-negative. They are vaccinated against Panleucopenia, Respiratory Viral Desease, Rabies and Leukosis at regular intervals. We feed prime food only.
